Dorcas Affo-Toffey (DAT) possesses a trait that is inherent in only a few people around the world. She has an astounding drive at helping other people reach their full potentials and aspirations. Selflessly and single handedly, she has executed several projects and other relevant initiatives in various communities within the Jomoro Constituency. For instance, to tone down the death toll directly linked to the pressure on the single ambulance at the Municipal Hospital, DAT presented the hospital with a well-equipped ambulance (See Events for details).
