Job creation in Jomoro is one of the topmost priorities of Hon. Dorcas Affo-Toffey. She has already started helping the youth in that regard. Though she is not yet in power neither is her government yet she has been able to facilitate the recruitment of 10 youngsters into the security service, 1 in the immigration service, 2 in the police service and 7 in the prisons service. 

Aside from giving people with educational background job opportunities, her plans for people without any educational background is magnificent as she has already identified the potentials of the constituency for job creation which she will make known to the general public in her manifesto.
