Below are some initiatives implemented by Dorcas Affo-Toffey under Health 

• Donation of well-equipped ambulance to the Half-Assini Government Hospital                           
• Donation of PPEs within the Jomoro Constituency during the outbreak of COVID-19
• Provision of financial support for the sick and needy in the constituency
• Periodic provision of healthcare materials to patients at health facilities
