Agriculture currently remains the economic backbone of the constituency. For that matter she has conducted a research with the help of experts to ascertain the challenges faced by our farmers in their farming activities. These challenges are being worked on as she seeks to get them all appropriately addressed. 

Jomoro Yaa Asantewaa has already started addressing the unearthed challenges by donating Solo spraying machines to farmers and also supporting them financially. Notable among her initiatives towards the agriculture sector is the numerous bridges she has constructed in our agrarian communities. These and many more are what she intends to work on as her first step to easing burdens on our farmers.
